Product Features

 

         1. The main raw material used in the product is fine washed low ash Taixi coal. The characteristics of Taixi coal with high fixed carbon, low sulfur, phosphorus and iron determine the low content of these impurities in the activated carbon product. Reduce the reaction of these impurities with mercuric chloride in the catalyst, so as not to reduce the activity of the catalyst.

 

         2. In the product molding process, use a 5000KN molding machine to press and shape, and after fully air-drying, it enters the carbonization furnace and is carbonized through the stepped pre-oxidation process, so that the product has better wear resistance and strength.

 

         3. The product is sieved and dust-removed twice before packaging to fully remove the floating dust on the surface of the product particles. Reduce unnecessary consumption of mercury chloride by activated carbon dust.

 

         4. After being activated by water vapor under high temperature conditions, it has good chemical stability and a high proportion of mesopores, which can effectively support the catalyst and minimize the loss of the catalyst.
